December 14, 2018We waited too long to dine at Seasoned, shame on us. After moving to a home about 10 miles from Estes Park last year we dined at several restaurants around... read more EP and while many are good, we had no idea that such a gem was hidden in plain sight. We started with take a way, while the state was on the stay at home order, and then visited for brunch and dinner. The staff are adhering to strict protocols to keep them and diners safe which while I am sure is difficult for them, makes dining out feel safe. Chef Rob, google him, has worked and trained at the highest levels and that effort shines in his preparations. Dishes are skillfully prepared using seasonal and fresh ingredients. This is not a restaurant with a huge walk in refrigerator or freezer, the menu reflects the best of the best and one knows the ingredients are wisely chosen. We have had a wide variety of seafood, beef, rabbit, pasta, salad, ricotta pancakes, eggs and starters. The Sunday Brunch Bloody Mary was made with heirloom tomatoes! The wine list is excellent, without being fussy or over the top. The staff are all professional and knowledgeable, eager to please without being invasive. Seasoned is now on our weekly rotation and we are only disappointed that we didn't find it sooner.

August 8, 2019Our family culminated our week-long family reunion at Seasoned and all 18 of us had a wonderful dining experience. Although we couldn't all sit together, we had 3 tables of... read more 6 each. The food was excellent and the service was very good. The owner /chef even came to our table to ask us about our dining experience. My partner, who must eat gluten-free, had a wonderful and care-free meal, including desert.
My partner and I ate at several restaurants in Estes Park over our week-long stay, and Seasoned was far and above the best (although the others we rated mostly very good). We both had the duck, which was cooked precisely to our desired doneness, although my partner would have preferred a crispier skin. The duck was nicely presented over a mixture of rice and vegetables.
Although this restaurant is expensive, it is worth it for the quality of the food. There are plenty of good restaurants in Estes Park if you want a good meal at a reasonable price, but Seasoned is far and above the best that we found.Foot_Loose

Seasoned is the best restaurant in Rocky Mountain National Park. Their menu changes often, but everything is delicious. My husband and I had dinner there in July, enjoyed it so... read more much, we cancelled our dinner reservation at a different restaurant for the next night and went to Seasoned for our 2nd night with friends. We had the Cheese Puffs as an appetizer, enough to split, and they are scrumptious. I had the green salad, with the best greens I've had in years. My entree was the Three Sisters- a vegetarian dish with acorn squash, sweet potatoes, pinto beans and wonderful seasonings. My husband had an excellent pasta dish. On our 2nd night we both had the scallops which were well prepared and cooked just right. The honeycomb/ice cream with rhubarb dessert was excellent. Everything we had was beautifully prepared and well presented. The outdoor patio is a pleasant setting, the service was excellent, and the drinks were great. Excellent dining experience.
