Seasoned – An American Bistro is a small restaurant with a small menu yet big on flavor. We celebrate cuisine and food cultures of the Americas and provide an exciting dining experience to our Estes Park friends and our guests across the globe. We have local sources and contacts for seasonally grown product and our menus reflect the seasons as well as our inspirations of the day โ an ever-changing menu exciting your senses and palate. I had the cheese puffs which are a Brazilian recipe and the best Iโve ever had. I also had the succotash which was vegetarian. Again a little high priced at $21.00. For an appetizer, two cocktails, a side salad and a vegetarian meal we paid $85 without tip. But as there are very few healthy vegan options in the area, it was worth the cost. Would recommend.

Our waitress had a heavy accent and, combined with the mask, it was very difficult to understand her. She also disappeared after the meal was served. Neither she nor anyone else noticed our empty drinks. And the dining room was freezing. Seems the air conditioning was still running and it was 60ยฐ outside. Wonderfully friendly door greeter, nice elevator music, windows open to views, beautifully plated and tasty food โ yet uncomfortable temp and indifferent service.

all of the appetizers ranging from corn soup with corn bread croquettes, tot the salad and cheese puffs were well prepared and elegantly presented.
THe entrees we tried: New Bedford scallops and lobster with pasta were expertly prepared and accompanied by the great sauces and flavors.

The owner /chef even came to our table to ask us about our dining experience. My partner, who must eat gluten-free, had a wonderful and care-free meal, including desert.
My partner and I ate at several restaurants in Estes Park over our week-long stay, and Seasoned was far and above the best (although the others we rated mostly very good). We both had the duck, which was cooked precisely to our desired doneness, although my partner would have preferred a crispier skin. The duck was nicely presented over a mixture of rice and vegetables.
Although this restaurant is expensive, it is worth it for the quality of the food. There are plenty of good restaurants in Estes Park if you want a good meal at a reasonable price, but Seasoned is far and above the best that we found.Foot_Loose

This place... read more is fantastic. I highly suggest the Smoked Salmon Chowder to start followed by the Carne Asada or the Smoked Quail. If itโs cold outside they offer warmed blankets!! Yes really! I got a double shot cafe Americana to finish it all off. 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, 1 desert, 1 glass of wine, 1 cappuccino and 1 Americana is less than $150. Well worth it.
