We have been approved for limited indoor dining!
New Regulations:
- Extremely limited capacity. Reservations are strongly encouraged!
- People from the same household may sit at the same table.
- Guests must stay 6ft away from other guests at all times.
- Masks are only removed while actively eating or drinking. While talking to servers/hosts, waiting to order, or talking to others at the table while not actively eating/drinking, masks must be worn.
- All guests will be screened for COVID 19 exposure and symptoms.
- We are still offering our to-go menu AND a heated patio (no reservations needed) when the weather is permitting!
Brunch: Sunday – 10am to 2 pm
Dinner: Thursday – Saturday – 4:00 pm to close

Seasoned – An American Bistro is a small restaurant with a small menu yet big on flavor. We celebrate cuisine and food cultures of the Americas and provide an exciting dining experience to our Estes Park friends and our guests across the globe. We have local sources and contacts for seasonally grown product and our menus reflect the seasons as well as our inspirations of the day – an ever-changing menu exciting your senses and palate.
