Seasoned – An American Bistro is a small restaurant with a small menu yet big on flavor. We celebrate cuisine and food cultures of the Americas and provide an exciting dining experience to our Estes Park friends and our guests across the globe. We have local sources and contacts for seasonally grown product and our menus reflect the seasons as well as our inspirations of the day – an ever-changing menu exciting your senses and palate. And our 3 year old loved the cheese puffs (pão de queijo for Brazilians). The homemade vanilla ice cream was the perfect finish for me, and the Froyo delighted our 3 year old. But the NY State of Mind Cheesecake reminded me of my mom's cheesecake. Be sure to try one of the Estes Park local brews they have, too. Alexis was our amazing server and answered all of our questions and made great recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for anyone stopping by and looking for only one place to eat.
